SUMMARY:ARES Trailer Assessement
DESCRIPTION:Dear all ARES members \n\nWe have had a trailer donated to our group.  It is a very solid but used 18′ Radio Communication Center.  Its contents and physical shape need to be evaluated and inventoried.\n\nWHEN:  This Saturday 21 September\n\nTIME:  8 AM\n\nWHERE:  The Montgomery County Office of Emergency                      Management secure parking lot.\n\nGPS LOCATION:  9472 Airport Rd\, Conroe\, TX 77303 (map below)\n\nCorner of Airport Road and Carl Pickering Drive\n\nSmall\, 1 story brick building with the entrance to parking immediately off Airport on Carl Pickering Drive.\n\nThe building is not marked with signs.\n\nPark in the area in front of the building.  The trailer is parked within the chain link gated secure area to the Carl Pickering side of the building.  (see picture below)  We will walk into that area from the front parking area and work near the trailer.\n\nIf equipment needs to be dropped off or picked up\, the area will be available to limited traffic most likely.\n\nPlease arrive at 8 AM and plan to stay until around 3 PM possibly.  If you need to arrive after 8 AM or leave before 3 PM\, it is OK; any time donated this Saturday will be appreciated.\n\nThe more hands the faster and lighter the work!\n \nPlease bring large plastic bins or cardboard boxes for potential temporary or permanent storage of some items.\n\nBattery Power fans and lights are also needed.\n\nEstimated time:\n\nOrganization             8:00  to  8:30 AM\nEmpty Trailer            8:30  to 10:00 AM\nInventory Contents 10:00  to 12 noon\nInspect Trailer           8:30  to 12 noon\nOpen walls              10:00  to  1:00 PM\nReLoad and setup     1:00  to. 3:00 PM\n\nBreaks and Lunch will be allowed frequently.\n\nPlease bring your OWN DRINKS AND LUNCH and cooler\nAny question or concerns call or text me at the information below. \n\n\n\n\n73\nGerry\n\nGerald (Gerry) L Messerschmidt\nK5GLM\nEmergency Coordinator\,\nARES of Montgomery County Texas\n8000 Research Forest Drive\, Suite 115-212\nThe Woodlands\, Texas 77382\n\nemail    ec@aresofmocotx.org\nk5glmec@gmail.com;\nmobile or Text  +1 610-613-3882
